Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick take the Holy Eucharist to convalescent hospitals and to homebound parishioners. Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick would have the same qualifications as Lay Communion Ministers, with the added gift of being able to administer communion to the sick in a prayerful yet cheerful manner, spending a little time visiting with each patient.
