If you wish to donate to St. Anthony Parish on a regular, recurring basis using electronic fund transfers from your banking institution please print the following form on your printer and be sure you complete all the items that are in red. (You may print the document in black and white only; just be sure you complete the items that are in red on the document you printed from!). After completing the form, please mail it to the parish office or put it into the collection basket.

At this time,  we are only debiting checking or savings accounts and not credit card accounts.  If people want to charge their offertory donations to their Visa or Mastercard credit card, they must come into the office during regular business hours to do so.
