Fitness Classes in the Memorial Center

Senior fitness meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:45-10:45 a.m.

Yoga is offered on Mondays at 8:15 a.m., on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. and on Fridays at 8:00 a.m..  All levels are welcome, all the time!

Strength training for seniors meets in blocks of five weeks, Please check the bulletins and the events calendar for the current schedule.
