Parish Registration Form

Saint Anthony Parish Children’s Faith Formation (CFF) 392-6362

You and your family are invited to join the Saint Anthony community as we continue our journey of faith and discipleship! The CFF 2017-2018 class year kicks off on Sunday, September 10th at the 11:15 a.m. Mass. An Open House will be held following Mass in the Memorial Center. The Saint Anthony Catholic Faith Formation Program instructs children, preschool age through high school, about God’s Word, His Church, and our responsibilities as Catholic Christians. While the St. Anthony CFF Program teaches prayers, commandments, and the precepts of the Church, it is so much more! The core of the CFF Program is just that: faith formation — fostering and forming a relationship with God.

One hour classes are held weekly Monday and Tuesday. The school year runs September through May. A preschool/kindergarten program for 3-5 year olds, as well as classes for some out of sequence children are held on Sundays.

Junior High CFF/Youth Ministry will be held on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Please feel free to contact the Religious Education Office for further assistance with questions regarding the CFF program and/or to be put on the registration mailing list. We hope you join us!

4th, 5th and 6th Grade — Busy families have many time constraints, but please pray about the importance of keeping your child’s religious   education a priority. These post-sacrament classes help strengthen their faith journey and encourage them to apply their learning and understanding of the Catholic faith to everyday life. The students understand they are an important part of our faith community as they become involved in projects and events within our parish.

Junior High Ministry — All 7th and 8th graders are invited to sign up for the Junior High Ministry program. We would love to see the junior highers every week, however, the ministry is designed to accommodate busy teenager schedules.  If your child is preparing for Confirmation, please see below regarding consistent attendance.

Confirmation — Eligible candidates are students in 8th grade or above who have been enrolled in consecutive years of a faith formation program. Students register for Junior High Ministry.  Consistent attendance is obligatory as the preparatory lessons are taught during the weekly Junior High Wednesday evening class. RCIA: Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (adapted for youth) — (Minimum two-year process). The RCIA process requires a serious family commitment. Please call the CFF office for more information.
